Season 5 coming to Netflix very soon

This weekend in the United States, it is Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving weekend is really busy and expensive, and it’s not very often that some big news comes out around now, so it’s a little surprising to hear a big bit of news like this in between spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and turkey. American Netflix has some news.
On December 28th, exactly 1 month after the season finale of Friendship is Magic airs (Saturday, November 28th 11:00 AM EST, don’t miss it), Netflix is bringing the second half of the 5th season to its online streaming service. Just days after opening all your gifts on Christmas, Netflix is offering the gift of new high quality ponies to its subscribers!
Sounds like a pretty cool Christmas gift!
On a sad note, John DeLancie’s documentary, “Bronies: The Extremely Unexpected Adult Fans of My Little Pony,” will be coming off of the streaming service at on December 30th, so make sure to watch it by then! It’s had its small controversies, but it’s not a bad documentary. The film sort of looks at the community from somewhat of an outsider’s perspective.

Thankfully, that’s not the only documentary on the subject available on Netflix. “A Brony Tale,” the film by the voice actor for Rainbow Dash and Applejack, Ashleigh Ball, is still available for the foreseeable future if you’re interested.
