“Crazy Eyes” from Orange Is The New Black To Voice Role in New MLP Movie
Okay, gotcha! Didn’t we? In all seriously, a few hours ago it was reported, and by reported, we mean rumored that actress Uzo Aduba, best known for her work on the hit Netflix television series Orange Is The New Black might be voicing a role in the upcoming 2017 My Little Pony movie which already has actresses Emily Blunt and Kristin Chenoweth on board.
Yep. That’s right, Suzanne “Crazy-Eyes”Warren from Orange is the New Black might be taking part in the Pony goodness with is slated for release, now, on Oct. 6th, 2017.
But not to worry the usual Pony suspects will be part of the new movie as well.
Director Jayson Theissen will be back as director and actresses Tara Srong, Ashleigh Ball, Andrea Libman, Shannon Chan-Kent, Tabitha St. Germain and the others will return as well.
Meghan McCarthy has written the screenplay which supposedly is to take place when a new dark force threatens Ponyville and the ponies must embark on an unforgettable journey beyond Equestria to use the magic of friendship and save their home.
Uzo Aduba, who has made a major name for herself with her stunning work on Orange Is the New Black (a show in production with Lionsgate Television), might now be working for Lionsgate movie division if she does in fact come on board with the Ponies.
